Arturo Jimenez-Bacardi received his Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine. He is an Associate Professor of Instruction in International Relations at the School of Interdisciplinary and Global Studies at the University of South Florida. His research areas encompass U.S. covert action, secret law, the laws of armed conflict, and intelligence oversight and accountability.
