Since 2003, Diane N. Labrosse has been the Managing Editor of H-Diplo, the open-access flagship online source for scholars of foreign relations and international diplomacy. As the recipient of the National Security Archive H-Diplo Fellowship, she manages, edits, and approves all H-Diplo publications; oversees H-Diplo’s reviews program; assigns reviews and essays; recruits and trains H-Diplo editors; liaises with the H-Diplo Editorial board as well as with H-Net officers; enforces H-Diplo copyright rules and publication guidelines; oversees and invigilates the H-Diplo discussion list; and creates and edits new essay series such as “Learning the Scholar’s Craft.” She recently co-edited the path-breaking Argentinian Declassification Program Forum, a joint publication of the Archive and H-Diplo. She is the co-editor of Chaos in the Liberal Order: The Trump Presidency and International Politics in the Twenty-First Century, eds., Robert Jervis, Francis J. Gavin, Joshua Rovner, and Diane N.
