Rinat Bikineyev became the Archive's full-time Webmaster in April 2015 after serving as a Web and IT consultant to the Archive since 2010. He is currently supervising the migration of the Archive’s Web pages into the Drupal platform, as well as a wide range of search engine optimization upgrades. He has been principal programmer of the "Russia Programs" section of the Archive's Web site since 2010, providing continuous support and updates to this unique Russian-language resource of essential primary-source documents, many of them unavailable in Russia. Previously, he worked in IT support and Web programming for the Health Sciences Center Library at Emory University, for Vanderbilt University, and for Duke Corporative Education (distance learning), as well as several commercial ventures. A U.S. resident since 1998, he earned his Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications from the Almaty Institute of Power Engineering in Kazakhstan.
