This process is intended to avoid unauthorized commitment of USG funds INL LP received confirmation from INL RM that the AOA was forwarded to post on 08 18 2010 Reference Number FN017368929 5 The approved ALOA text follows Modification Amendment 6 to the Letter of Agreement on the Merida Initiative Between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of the United McAcan States 1 General -The Government of the United States of America USG and the Government of the United Mexican States GOM hereinafter each individually a Party and collectively the Parties jointly agree to modify and amend the Letter of Agreement on the Merida Initiative signed December 3 2008 the Agreement in the following respect This Amended Letter of Agreement addresses cumulative funding of $164 600 000 II Scope of Agreement - No change III Project Descriptions - Substitute amended Annex 1 to include the following projects that are herein incorporated into the Agreement as an Addendum details provided in Attachment 1 1 Human Rights Training -
