IN REVIEWING US-SOVIET RELATIONS SINCE GENEVA THE PRESIDENT AND CHAIRMAN GORBACHEV NOTED THAT THROUGH OPEN AND DIRECT DIALOGUE PROGRESS HAS BEEN MADE IN EACH ASPECT OF THEIR COMPREHENSIVE AGENDA HUMAN RIGHTS ARMS CONTROL REGIONAL CONFLICTS AND BILA ERAL MATTERS UNCLASSIFIED UNCLASSIFIED -
