Ee Their use in time of limited or general war as consistent with the requirements of the over-all military situation recognizing that these resources would be of little importance during the initial nuclear exchange of a-general war 3 Their conservation for post war recovery 2 -U K cooperation is required to provide protection and conservation measures throughout the area 3 -The Secretary of State shall continue to be responsible for policy planning and cooperation with the British Government concerning protection and conservation operations A The United States should be responsible f0r protection and conservation measures in Saudi Arabia ifE e Annex for definition of terms TOP use -
